“The living room is designed to have a natural sense of wow! Our upholstery is classic in inspiration scaled for the big space. The sisal rug is hand painted, by a renowned artist, to create the sense of beach raked sand.”

“The large panelled wall to the staircase is the dominant feature of the room, so we chose this as the main area to express our Cornish holiday theme. We will create a mural for this wall, inspired by the work of St. Ives painter Ben Nicholson, using the colours of the Cornish coastline in summer. Since living in the UK, I have fallen in love with the coastline of Cornwall, with its mix of remote rugged cliffs and wide sandy beaches.”

And in the spirit of the holiday of Graduation, when you enter our room, you’ve graduated from the kids game room to our game room!”

“Welcome to the Harvest East End! Keith Baltimore designed the quintessential wine room, celebrating “Harvest East End,” and his love of Rosé wine as the most divine summer libation. Refreshing as the fresh cool breezes that sweep across island, organic accessories and pale wood panels play their part in reinforcing the theme. And of course the well-stocked wine closet is the source of inspiration, portending a summer full of leisure, romance, and enjoyment.”

“I was inspired by this idea of a magical swim under a starry night when I saw the midnight blue de Gournay gold leaf fish wallpaper. It seemed appropriate for the Hamptons as it evokes the true essence of summer nights…”

“Last year I traveled throughout the Greek Islands by boat and was inspired by the simplicity of the many fishing villages that dotted the shores…The location of the house on the ocean this year reminded me of this trip and I incorporated my memories and emotions into my Holiday House theme ‘You, Me and the Sea’.”

“My design is inspired by my theme in the sense of a family gathering. It’s the Hamptons…it’s the summer…let’s celebrate our dad…Getting together, putting down our phones to sit and have a conversation. Whether that’s face to face on chairs and a sofa or on the porch over a quick ping pong match.”

“The inspiration for my “Outdoor Living Space” was the beautiful blue of Mecox Bay combined with the easy and casual sensibility of our Hamptons lifestyle.”

“With the Olympics happening in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, we wanted to draw off the vibrancy of the Brazilian culture. The “Olympics in Rio” roof deck will feature bright pops of colors reminiscent to the city. We drew inspiration for this from a colorful pattern in my athletic apparel line, EleVen.”

“My design is calm with a presence of color, romantic, and structured all at the same time. The use of different textures and heights with shades of grey and green in black planters with uniform shapes but different heights will make the design simple and ultimately elegant.”
