Take a peek at these six Instagram-worthy bathrooms created by a handful of talented designers for some of the city’s most captivating new residences.

Jardim
Bringing a worldly design perspective to West Chelsea, Brazilian architect and interior designer Isay Weinfeld is the visionary behind this Manhattan project, Jardim. This bathroom has been constructed with more subdued details and a structured design. The refined look of this space creates an all-around understated luxurious feel for a natural, calming experience.

Greenwich West
With a list of clients including Giorgio Armani, Christian Dior, and Marc Newson, the renowned Parisian designer Sebastien Segers undoubtedly executed a stunning design in Manhattan’s Greenwich West. Crafting masterpieces with a blend of modern elements and past-era detailing, Greenwich West’s master bathrooms display Segers’ signature style. This bathroom encased in Carrara marble, and built with a custom glass-enclosed shower makes for a clean and crisp space for future residents.

77 Greenwich
Acclaimed FXCollaborative and the renowned Deborah Berke Partners teamed up to give residents at 77 Greenwich the ultimate at-home oasis. The earthy, minimalistic design given to this master bath has a tranquil effect, making it feel like a sumptuous spa getaway. With a combination of iron, millwork, and marble, the layers in this space are a treat for the eyes.

30 Park Place
A one-of-a-kind find, 30 Park Place is claimed as the tallest residential building located in Tribeca. Graced by the design of legendary architect Robert A.M. Stern, each apartment has been meticulously crafted. The master bathrooms are all sophisticated and unique, incorporating a variety of amenities like over-sized windows, heated flooring, and divine marble slab floors. Stern kept all interiors clean and bright, letting natural light and city views shine, too.

40 Bleecker
Designed by celebrity favorite Ryan Korban, this NoHo building could be a big name magnet considering Korban has worked with A-listers like Alexander Wang, Kayne West, and James Franco. The stunning bathrooms at 40 Bleecker display cool, neutral tones for a sultry yet sophisticated feel. The designer is known for boldly appointed interiors and made sure the bathrooms are extravagant. With multiple shower heads, custom marble vanities, and ideal lighting for those who like to take selfies, the space is the epitome of modern luxury.

The Symon
A beautiful boutique luxury condo, The Symon is a great addition to Brooklyn Heights’ charming streets and stands out with interiors by husband-and-wife run Studio DB. The duo, Damian and Britt Zunino, have worked with celebrities and carried their sought-after design aesthetic into this new residence. The custom bathrooms have been laid with bold stone placed in a historic diamond pattern and finished off with modern fixtures, giving the space a fresh twist and a nod to past eras.
