Ben Affleck and Lindsay Shookus, who went public with their relationship over the summer, were seen touring multiple Los Angeles properties on Tuesday. The sighting had the media buzzing about if the new couple could be moving in together, but according to People, Shookus was just there to give opinions as Affleck looks for a new home.
The pair looked at mansions priced between $11.9 million and $18.5 million, but its still unclear if one of these houses will become the star actor’s LA home base.
The priciest of the properties is an eight-bedroom, 10-bath Santa Monica dream. The modern home sits on a 40,000-square-foot lot and offers massive windows that look out to a long pool and relaxing cabana. Listed at $18.5 million with Halton Pardee + Partners, the abode is tucked behind trees, hedges, and most importantly, gates.

Although the mansion is undeniably stunning, there is nothing to indicate an offer has been made on any of the homes the couple toured. However, if an offer were to be made, this pricey Santa Monica pad seems like a sure winner.
The accomplished actor also has his three children to think of when making real estate decisions, as he is co-parenting with soon-to-be ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
Affleck moved out of their family home in May of this year and now seems to be looking for a family-friendly permanent residence nearby.
