It has certainly been updated since, but there is an old money feel that pervades through the compound. Separated into two structures, the main house and waterfront guest house, the place seems ripe to use as a ritzy getaway in helicopter distance of the Hamptons and NYC. So, it’s definitely serving up some Succession vibes.
