Actor Will Arnett Relists His Modern Retreat in Beverly Hills

The Los Angeles luxury real estate market is anything but quiet lately. Pamela Anderson’s home is for sale in Malibu, Vice co-founder Shane Smith just broke records in Santa Monica, and the creator of Full House is seeking to rent out his LA mansion. Actor Will Arnett is also in on the action. The Arrested Development star first listed his Beverly Hills, custom-built modern last year for almost $11 million. Back for round two after no luck finding a buyer the first time, Arnett recently relisted the home for $8 million. With this new price, it has already nabbed an offer and is now accepting backup offers.

Happily, the home’s modern allure and natural beauty have not been reduced along with the price. Architect Suchi Reddy and prefab firm LivingHomes were brought on to design the home for the actor, according to Variety, knocking down the original structure that stood on the land. The design team created something exceptional, a vision of natural materials, walls of glass, and clean lines.

While the abode’s architectural style and open spaces boost the property’s tranquility, its landscaping takes it to another level of relaxation. The home sits behind gates, and the lush greenery that surrounds the driveway, pool, sauna, grill area, and patio make it feel like a faraway oasis.

Ultra-private, the entire 4,000-square-foot home is an A-lister’s paradise with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms in total. Richard Ehrlich of the Westside Estate Agency has the listing.
