Actress and producer Christina Ricci just listed this freshly renovated Woodland Hills home for $2.249 million. Best known for her roles in 1990s films like The Ice Storm and The Addams Family, the movie star bought the four-bedroom haven in 2018. Mansion Global reports she paid $1.1 million for it, and it has seen quite a few beautiful changes since then.
Ricci tapped TV-famous designer Jeff Lewis, the longtime star of Bravo’s Flipping Out, to redesign the open and airy abode last summer with plans to sell, listing agent Mercedes Javid of The Agency told Mansion Global. “They thought it would be a fun project that they could do together, so they were both involved,” Javid shared with the publication.
It now has a distinct, California-cool modernity. The custom kitchen looks trendy and current, yet is grounded by a unique white-brick fireplace perfect for cozy, firelit cooking while new skylights illuminate the room from above. This fireplace is actually double-sided, but displays a more clean look around the corner to add style to a seating area ideal for entertaining.
Another standout design moment is the bold primary bathroom. The black and white wallpaper shows off hydrangeas and surrounds a large stand-alone tub. The primary suite also has French doors opening up to a Romeo and Juliet balcony, so the actress could step out into the sun first thing in the morning after waking up. The remaining bedrooms are on the lower levels of the home.
Spanning 2,718 square feet, this house infused with Jeff Lewis’s vision is a great setting for laid back, luxurious L.A. living without being over the top. The lot itself also offers a zen feel with a pool, a waterfall, a pond, and a putting green.
