1/9Photographs Courtesy of Hilton & HylandLast November, Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo listed two Los Angeles mansions in two days and now one has found a buyer, according to Mansion Global. The couple purchased the Holmby Hills estate in August 2017 for $18 million and just sold it for that exact price, breaking even or potentially losing money due to a half-done renovation. The singer and model duo picked up the 9,200-square-foot French Regency-style house with the intent to renovate it and had already ripped it down to the studs when they decided to sell. With a young daughter and another baby on the way, the growing family didn’t have time for a hefty remodel. The main residence offers a total of 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, while a two-story guesthouse provides extra space. Built in the 1960s, the outdated but grand home has endless potential with huge open spaces, two master suites, and floor-to-ceiling glass walls. The property is tucked behind gates and sits on 1.2 acres of lush land, offering a pool, motor court, and outdoor lounge areas.Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency had the listing, which has now been taken down. The couple’s $15.9 million Beverly Hills house is listed with the agent as well.Photographs Courtesy of Hilton & HylandLast November, Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo listed two Los Angeles mansions in two days and now one has found a buyer, according to Mansion Global.
