Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo Just Listed Two Multimillion-Dollar Mansions
Maroon 5 lead singer Adam Levine and his Victoria’s Secret model wife Behati Prinsloo are trying to quickly unload two Los Angeles properties as they prepare to welcome their second child.
On Monday, the “It” couple listed the French-Regency style Holmby Hills mansion they bought just four months ago, as we previously reported. Originally purchased for $18 million, the Casper Ehmecke-designed home is now asking $18.9 million. It seems that the couple is willing to settle for a minor profit to see the fixer-upper go quickly. The 1960s abode was purchased with the intent to renovate and the A-listers even ripped it down to the studs, but with a baby on the way, listing agent Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency told Mansion Global that Levine “doesn’t have time for a renovation.”
A day after putting the Holmby Hills property on the market, the musician re-listed his modern Beverly Hills house, which is pictured above and below. The Voice coach purchased the home for $4.38 million in 2012, then went to work on an extensive renovation led by Mark Haddaway, according to Variety.
The luxe 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom abode was first listed in 2016 for $17.5 million and later dropped to $15.95 million before being taken off the market earlier this year. Now, the home, which includes a basketball court and a pool, is asking $15.9 million. Kurt Rappaport has this listing as well.
With two homes up for sale, it’s clear that the young family is looking for completely new, move-in ready digs. As Prinsloo approaches her due date, more real estate moves are likely to be made as the family will need a cozy place to bring home their bundle of joy.
The pop star's Beverly Hills spread is much more contemporary than the 9,000-square-foot Holmby Hills mansion, but Levine and Prinsloo saw it's enormous potential for a fresh remodel. The home's expansive spaces can be seen below.
