Alec and Hilaria Baldwin Put a New Price Tag on Their Bucolic Hamptons Estate

In Amagansett, Alec and Hilaria Baldwin have adjusted the price of their Hamptons family home, though it will still take someone with an impressive net worth to nab it. First listed in September for $29 million, the 10-acre property nodding to the area’s pastoral roots now wants $24.9 million.

A substantial swath of land to possess, the estate boasts a 10,000-square-foot modern farmhouse and a custom 625-square-foot pavilion with a fireplace. But, there’s certainly room on the grounds for a buyer’s vision to soar. Someone can add structures such as a guest home, horse stable, or art studio to make it a well-rounded compound. Of course, living with what’s currently standing is plenty luxurious. The Baldwins reportedly spent significant time here in the height of the COVID pandemic, a peaceful and amenity-rich pad to retreat to.

As well as overlooking an agricultural preserve, the two-story shingled manse looks out to a gunite pool and a fenced vegetable garden. To relish in the countryside atmosphere, one can start the day with coffee somewhere on the 1,276 square feet of covered porches or on one of the two upper-level balconies.

With spaces inside like a movie theater, wine-tasting room, and private wood-paneled library, the bright interiors brim with things to do. A 2016 article by Elle Decor details how they expanded and renovated the 18th-century home, which the actor purchased in 1995, with the help of architect Fred Throo and interior designer Daniel Romanoff. Though certainly not lacking square footage, its four bedrooms may be a bit snug now that the couple has seven children of their own as well as a daughter, Ireland Baldwin, from the actor’s first marriage.

Scott Bradley and Michael N. Cinque of Saunder & Associates hold the listing, which the NY Post first spotted got a price change.
