Alexander Wang's TriBeCa Loft Sells for $3.5M
A lucky buyer has picked up some seriously stylish designer digs: Curbed reports that Alexander Wang’s TriBeCa loft sold for $3.5M. He bought the place back in 2010 for $2M, and then put it through a gut renovation before listing it earlier this year at $3.75M with Corcoran’s Alex Nicholas and Andrew Fink.
The vibe is urban industrial-chic with restored tin ceilings, ebony stained wood floors and painted white bricks. The main living space is sunny and open and features a living room, dining area and den. This space flows into the kitchen, where there are high-end appliances and a white marble island. The apartment is currently configured as what the listing calls a “luxurious one-bedroom” with a walk-in dressing room (he is a fashion designer, after all) but it is plenty spacious enough to accommodate for additional bedrooms.
