The 750-square-foot pad was first offered in November 2015 with a $2.075M ask and was later re-listed with Adam Modlin of The Modlin Group for $1.625M. The actual sale price remains a mystery.

The listing calls the apartment an “oversized one-bedroom” and it features hardwood floors, wood burning fireplaces and skylights throughout. The kitchen has been updated with Wolf, Miele and Sub-Zero appliances and a staircase leads to a private rooftop garden.

Although her apartment only just sold, Schumer didn’t wait to find herself new digs. She closed on a $12.15M Riverside Drive penthouse that the listing agents called the “cool chic glass penthouse” in November of this year.
