Andy Roddick and Brooklyn Decker Finally Sell the Dreamy Austin Home They Decked Out in Style
Former tennis ace Andy Roddick and his model-actress wife Brooklyn Decker no longer want to "keep things weird" in Austin, Texas. The power couple recently sold their lavish 15-acre property for $4.6 million, a significant drop from the original asking price of $5.95 million. They listed it with those high price hopes last year, but if you look at all the beautiful photos of the interiors, it's easy to see why they thought buyers would jump at the property for that price.
According to Mansion Global, they purchased the home for $3.7 million in 2013 and added their own stylish signature touches to make it a lavish mansion.
Offering 7,367-square-feet of space, the new owner will clearly have ample room at their new Texas home as well as some fun features like a lavish outdoor area complete with a infinity pool, hot tub and fire pit.
The home is equally stunning inside where the new owner will enjoy a temperature-controlled wine room, a modern kitchen with white marble, and some tasteful rustic interiors designed by the couple, including wood floors, exposed beams, stone accent walls, to name a few fun amenities.
Additionally, the home has five bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms and offers ample light thanks to the back of the house that welcomes sunlight and frames the property's tree-lined grounds.
