Are Beyoncé and Jay-Z Buying a $120M LA Mansion?
Word on the street last month was that Beyoncé and Jay-Z were looking into “The Manor,” a $200M Holmby Hills mansion that formerly belonged to Aaron Spelling during their quest to put down roots in LA. Now, it looks as though they’ve found what speaks to them in the form of a newly constructed hilltop home in Bel Air that boasts 4 pools. The spread, which features a 30,000-square-foot home complimented by 10,000 square feet of decks, gardens and terraces all sited on 2 acres of land, is privately listed for $135M and the couple have reportedly put in a $120M bid.
The house is the product of a collaboration between McKillen Development—the firm behind London hotels Claridge’s, the Connaught and the Berkeley—and acclaimed architect Paul McClean and was completely renovated to include 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a media room, a recording studio and a 15-car garage.
Page Six reported the offer.
