Ashley Tisdale Unloads a Chic 1923-Built Los Feliz Dwelling

Actress Ashley Tisdale has bopped to the top, that is, of her real estate game. The High School Musical star, nay, icon, listed her Los Feliz home brimming with personality in January for $5.795 million and it has now sold for a hair less: $5.78 million.

Built in 1923, the Mediterranean-style home retains the subtle glamour of its Roaring Twenties roots. European oak floors complement walls adorned with colorful wallpapers, subway tiles, or simply crisp white paint. High ceilings, grand fireplaces, and clearly defined doorways also contribute to the vintage feel throughout the 4,214-square-foot floor plan.

Sitting below the Griffith Park Conservatory, the property offers similarly spectacular views. Tisdale, who sold the home just before her daughter arrived in March, may have once enjoyed sitting on the large deck looking over LA and her own little kingdom. With a pool and two-story guesthouse with one bedroom on the grounds, it is perfectly suited to multigenerational living or to be a creative haven. In total, the Los Feliz home has five bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths to welcome a new owner.

TJ Paradise of Sotheby’s International Realty – Sunset Strip Brokerage had the listing. With its chic yet vintage vibes, it is objectively fabulous and even Sharpay would approve. Realtor.com first reported that the deal officially closed.
