Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis Sell Elegant Beverly Hills Haven At a Discount

In the guard-gated community of Hidden Valley in Beverly Hills, Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher have been seeking to sell this traditional abode for over a year. And, they’ve finally done it. Originally listed in July 2020 for nearly $13 million, the home relisted asking $12.35 million in September 2021 and just sold for $10.35 million.

According to Mansion Global, Kunis and Kutcher purchased the 7,351-square-foot house for $10.215 million in 2014. So, depending on what they might have put into it, the celebrities may have scraped by with a profit or taken a loss. Either way, they’ve left the new owner with a timeless place to call home.

Although the duo’s scenes in That 70’s Show were set upon funky furnishings, prints, and colors, this abode’s traditional design is reminiscent of a classic New England dwelling. Featuring open living and dining spaces, as well as a chef’s kitchen, the home’s sophisticated moldings and oak flooring are enhanced by natural light and green views.

Amenities include a gym and sauna, a temperature-controlled wine room, and outdoor entertainment spaces as well as a pool and spa. There are five bedrooms in all, perfect for a family or those who love having visitors.

In the iconic 90210, Hidden Valley is an especially sought-after celebrity neighborhood. Perhaps another A-lister is moving in or a starstruck fan, while Kutcher and Kunis are now settled into their new, custom-built LA estate. Justin Paul Huchel and Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland held the listing.
