Now, the NY Post reports that comedian Aziz Ansari purchased the industrial-chic unit located at 155 Franklin Street through a trust connected to his accountant. Although Swift and Ansari are now neighbors, they may not run into each other much considering she just snagged a $18 million townhouse on the same cobblestone street.The news comes after the Parks and Recreation actor recently became the latest celebrity to be accused of sexual misconduct. Rumblings that the famous funny-guy resided in the area actually stemmed from the allegation, which claims he brought a woman home to a Tribeca apartment and proceeded to exhibit inappropriate behavior.Despite the controversy, the Master of None star's three-bedroom, two-bath apartment is the quintessential downtown Manhattan loft. Exposed brick walls and timber-beamed ceilings give the 2,450-square-foot home a rustic feel while large windows allow light to drench the apartment’s huge open spaces.
