The Boerum, a new luxury building in Brooklyn’s Boerum Hill neighborhood, just got a new resident: American Ballet Theatre principal dancer Isabella Boylston and her husband, Daniel Shin, shelled out just shy of $2.3M for a spacious 3-bedroom apartment there.
