Ballerina Isabella Boylston Shelled Out $2.3M for a Brand-New Brooklyn Apartment

The Boerum, a new luxury building in Brooklyn’s Boerum Hill neighborhood, just got a new resident: American Ballet Theatre principal dancer Isabella Boylston and her husband, Daniel Shin, shelled out just shy of $2.3M for a spacious 3-bedroom apartment there.

The 1,500-square-foot residence features soaring ceilings and white oak floors throughout as well as walk-closets and heated master bathroom floors. According to the building’s website, each home also comes with an elegantly appointed kitchen that has lacquered Italian millwork by Valcucine and as residents, Boylston and her husband will have access to the building’s library lounge, gym, concierge, indoor parking and roof terrace. The sale was reported by Luxury Listings.
