With 13 seasons under his belt in the NBA, an illustrious personal and professional career, as well as a Hall of Fame induction, Magic Johnson is truly one of the basketball greats. Is it any wonder he strives for excellence with his homes as well? Johnson’s former Bel Air home, which he custom built, is certainly up to the player’s standards and housed the star from 1981 to 1990. Now, the elegant abode at the end of the cul-de-sac is up for sale asking $14.5 million.

Although Magic moved on from the property eventually, the player made sure to leave his mark. “Magic has come back to my house and personally signed walls in the kids’ bedrooms, gym, and basketball court,” said seller and listing agent Nancy Ellin. “Magic has also played hoops on the court.”

At 10,666 square feet, there’s no shortage of light-filled living spaces and luxe amenities. The inviting main living room is complete with a corner bar and beautiful wood beams, while the bright custom kitchen comes with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Upstairs, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms hold enough room to fit a starting lineup and more.
