Benjamin Noriega-Ortiz Designs an Art-Filled Pied-à-Terre in Chelsea's 35XV Building

A Santa & Cole light fixture hangs above a B&B Italia Pathos table in the dining room.

The living room is furnished with a custom sofa upholstered in Cortina Leather’s Veneto in Ice Blue and Cassina’s K10 Dodo armchairs. The acrylic on canvas is by Wayne Gonzales.

In the living room, a pair of DDC Flow chairs and a Ligne Roset Facett armchair are positioned around a Swedish pedestal table.

In the foyer, a Fernando Botero sculpture and a Leo Villareal light sculpture of the American flag sit atop a BDDW credenza. The silk pendant is from Abyu Lighting.

The “man cave” includes a Lindsey Adelman floor lamp and Michael Berman armchairs.

The stainless-steel sculpture in the dining room is by Ruth Asawa; the canvas is by Faile.

A Richard Schulman photograph of Andy Warhol and Jean-Michel Basquiat is displayed on a kitchen wall. The cabinetry is from Poggenpohl, the cooktop is from Miele, and the faucet is from Grohe.

The powder room walls, floor, and vanity are covered in slabs of Breccia Capraia marble and accented with stained oak paneling; the goose-feathered saw is by Abyu Lighting and the handmade glazed-clay chair is by Maarten Baas.

In a guest room, a Ligne Roset bed frame and headboard are positioned against a wall covered in MDC’s Sarong in Orange Blossom silk. The hanging light fixtures and floor lamp are from Flos; the painting is by Kelsey Brookes.

The master bedroom features a circular work by Ryan McGinness, which hangs above a bed dressed in a coverlet by Nancy Koltes, acrylic bedside tables, and circa-1950s Italian lamps.

A Millard Owen Sheets painting and a velvet-upholstered bench face the bed, along with midtown Manhattan views.
