Bethenny Frankel Lists Her Glamorously Revamped Full-Floor SoHo Loft
Since leaving Bravo’s RHONY and closing the chapter on Bethenny and Fredrik after one season, Skinnygirl CEO and founder Bethenny Frankel has been keeping a lower TV profile but is always making moves. And that’s true across the board; in her businesses, philanthropic efforts, and in real estate. It seems Frankel is looking to go into the new year with one less thing on her plate, though, as she just listed this full-floor SoHo loft for $6.995 million.
Located at 476 Broadway, the 4,000-square-foot home with high ceilings and massive windows has been completely reimagined with the help of Cheryl Eisen and Vian Abreu of IMG. And, looking at the modern kitchen, sleek fireplaces, and swanky light fixtures, nothing needs to be touched or redone—music to buyers’ ears.
Open and bright, the living and entertaining areas are easily glamorous yet inviting. Imagine hosting friends in the great room with a custom marble bar or unwinding with movie nights in the media room, also poised for serving Skinny Girl beverage from the hidden wet bar.
The loft’s four bedrooms are sublime as well, but none so much as the primary suite. Fit for a Bravo queen, it has a customized walk-in closet, a beauty room, and a spacious bathroom with a minimalist aesthetic but maximum luxury. With a huge freestanding tub and shower, plus double vanities, it’s one of the home’s most indulgent spaces.
This isn’t Frankel’s first place in SoHo. In fact, it was just last year that she sold a smaller loft in the high-end Manhattan neighborhood. Up to date and dressed to the nines, this spread is now listed with Noble Black, David Son, and Erik Ternon of Douglas Elliman.
