Bethenny Frankel's TriBeCa Loft Hits the Market for $6.95M
Real Housewives star Bethenny Frankel has her own Million Dollar Listing: her TriBeCa loft, which just hit the market with celebrity brokers Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of Douglas Elliman for $6.95 million. Curbed reports that she bought the apartment for $4.995 million in 2011, but it has undergone a complete renovation by designers Mariette Himes Gomez and Brooke Gomez since.
Was the reno worth the $2 million price increase? We can’t say for sure, but the apartment is pretty posh. A polished nickel entryway leads into a large living and dining room, perfect for entertaining (or just settling down with a Skinnygirl cocktail), and spacious kitchen. The latter features high-end appliances, Poggenpohl cabinetry and Caesarstone countertops along with a full-sized wine refrigerator and plenty of windows for natural light. The master bedroom has an entire wall of closets and a dressing room that, according to the listing, is big enough to be converted into an additional bedroom. Despite all the luxury amenities inside, perhaps the most coveted is the deeded parking spot in the building’s exclusive garage.
3,600 sq. ft.
