Betsey Johnson Cuts the Price on Her Upper East Side Condo to $1.795M
When Betsey Johnson decided to relocate to the West Coast back in May, she listed her swanky Upper East Side condo for $2.25 million with Corcoran's Beth and Salomon Benalloul. It failed to sell at that price, so Johnson has now slashed it to $1.795 million, which is less than she bought it for in 2008, reports Curbed.
Despite Johnson’s notably eccentric style, the apartment is a classic. It’s located one block from Central Park and the Museum mile and has one bedroom along with two full bathrooms. It’s currently decked out in ‘70’s style with plenty of pink, but the hardwood floors and light-filled spaces provide a lovely backdrop for any décor. The apartment features an open kitchen and the listing touts the “sun-drenched terrace,” which has gorgeous city views.
