The palatial estate has a 56,500-square-foot footprint. With their brood increasing to 3, Beyoncé and Jay-Z are looking for some space to spread out—56,500 square feet, to be exact. According to Page Six, they quietly checked out Aaron Spelling’s former LA mansion, which last sold in 2011 to British Formula 1 heiress Petra Ecclestone for $85M and boasts an expansive floor plan, 14 bedrooms and 27 bathrooms. Other extravagant features include a bowling alley, multiple gift-wrapping rooms, a doll room and a home theater. The palatial palace is set on 5 acres in posh Holmby Hills and the property includes tennis courts and a swimming pool. Familiarly known as just “The Manor,” the home has been on the market asking $200M since October with Rick Hilton and David Kramer of Hilton & Hyland.

Grand double staircases greet visitors in the entry. A black-and-white palette makes the home feel chic and grand. French doors access the patio. The grounds feature a pool and spa.
