Beyoncé and Jay-Z Brought Their Twins Home to this $54.5M Mansion
After delivering twins at the UCLA Medical Center just over a week ago, Beyoncé and Jay-Z brought them home to La Villa Contenta, a 6.3 acre Malibu estate they are reportedly paying $400,000/month to rent. The home is also on the market for a cool $54.5M.
The compound is comprised of a main villa, extravagant guesthouse, separate office structure and an ornate indoor pool ballroom, all sited behind gates on a private estate with unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. Every inch of the home is dripping with luxury, from the 2,500-year-old lion’s head sculpture found at the base of Mount Vesuvius that surveys the entry, to the Hermès marble fireplace in the library, to the hand-carved French limestone ceiling in the 24-person dining room. The main house additionally features a billiards room, wine cellar, screening room, gym and elevator. The grounds feature a saltwater infinity pool and full outdoor kitchen as well as the pool pavilion, which is fully outfitted in baroque style with onyx-lined changing rooms and a luxurious indoor pool.
Chris Cortazzo of Chris Cortazzo Malibu Real Estate shares the listing with colleagues Maya Hazena and Aaron Kirman. The Observer reported.
