Bobby Flay's Chelsea Duplex Finds a Renter for $22,500/Month

After a year on the market, Bobby Flay’s Chelsea duplex has finally found a new occupant, reports Curbed. Flay first put the place up for sale in October of 2015, shortly after his split with ex-wife Stephanie March of Law & Order. The original ask was just shy of $8M, but the Iron Chef shaved $1M off a few months later, offering it for $6.95M with the option to rent. Apparently the rental option was a more enticing one and it has finally found a tenant at $22,500/month. Corcoran’s Meris Blumstein, Diane Lois and Kenny Blumstein represented the listing.

As we've come to expect of celebrity chef homes (see Ina Garten's, Michael Symon's and Donatella Arpaia's), it has an enviable chef’s kitchen with a walk-in pantry, but the rest of the apartment is equally elegant. There is an open living and dining room on the first level along with the aforementioned kitchen, a home office and a guest suite. The second floor has another bedroom plus the master suite, which features two walk-in closets and a spa-like master bathroom. An entertainment room on this floor features a Zinc-topped bar and is spacious enough to be used as a fourth bedroom.

The kitchen is outfitted for a professional chef. The open kitchen has plenty of counter space. The entertainment area has a Zinc-topped bar. The master bedroom has two walk-in closets. One of the en-suite bathrooms has a shower and soaking tub. The elegant full bathroom on the first floor. A look at one of the three bedrooms. The building has a spacious roof deck.
