Bravo’s Andy Cohen Reportedly In Contract to Buy NYC Penthouse Last Priced at $18.3M

King of Bravo Andy Cohen is reportedly the new owner of a West Village penthouse in New York City, according to the New York Post. Per the Post, Cohen is no stranger to the West Village and won’t be moving far. Perhaps the host of Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live wanted a new space for his growing family, as he now has two young children including three-month-old daughter Lucy Eve. Or maybe he just needed a new retreat where he can unwind after drama-filled Real Housewives reunions—and this home offers plenty of perks for that.

Last seen asking $18.3 million and owned by the same person for 36 years, this two-story listing is no joke. For an unknown price, Cohen will be gaining great views, spaciousness, and traditional elegance inside and out. With 3,000 square feet of interiors, there are three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The downstairs has 10-foot ceilings and a wrap-around terrace with enough space to entertain. Upstairs, the ceilings are a whopping 14 feet tall, offering plenty of room and acoustics for guests with big personalities.

On this top level, the great room boasts views all the way to the Statue of Liberty while a solarium completely enchants. The city can be experienced in its full glory outside as the penthouse has 1,950 square feet of exterior living space. The building itself, designed by the famed Bing and Bing brothers, is the tallest in the West Village, offering a 360-degree look at the Hudson River, Financial District, Meatpacking District, and Hudson Yards.

It’s uncertain when Cohen will move into this home and make it a reality, but the listing currently says “Contract Signed.” Brown Harris Stevens holds the listing.
