The property includes a pool and waterfall.After a year on the market, Britney Spears’ 8,500-square-foot Spanish-style house in the Lake Sherwood area of Thousand Oaks has found a buyer, reports the LA Times. Spears bought the house 5 years ago for an undisclosed price and first offered it for $8.995M before lowering the price to $7.495M. The 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom residence offers a luxurious master suite, a home theater and a glass-enclosed wine cellar in the family room among other deluxe amenities. Glass pocket doors provide access to the outdoor living spaces, including a covered patio, outdoor kitchen and swimming pool. Rami Elminoufi of Beach City Brokers had the listing. Michael Szakos of Realty ONE Group represented the buyer.
