Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz Want $11M for Their Posh Beverly Hills Modern

His name may be Brooklyn, but that borough is not where the eldest Beckham child is taking up residence next. The model/photographer and his fiancé, actress Nicola Peltz, have listed their Beverly Hills home and the NY Post reports they are eyeing a part-time move to Miami. Seeking $10,999,999, the airy modern is not a fit for the couple’s lifestyle desires anymore though its posh yet fresh style seemingly matches their vibe to a T.

With news of the listing, a source told People that a property this big now makes little sense for the pair since they want to live bicoastally. Having spreads in both Los Angeles and Miami would allow them to breathe as well as see Beckham’s family in Miami and Peltz’s in Palm Beach. And, this home is a bit mighty to be a part-time residence.

Across 7,700 square feet, there are five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two half-bathrooms. Dubbed the OM House, the spread almost resembles a museum with its clean lines, glorious natural light, and ample wall space. Glass, stone, and exotic wood comprise the structure, which flows from a vast great room to quieter odes to privacy like the decked-out owner’s suite or downstairs media room and bar.

The home’s views, which are most dazzling from the rooftop terrace, are one of many wow factors. From the glassy entry to the architectural spiral staircase, the modern’s elements nod to classic 90210 luxury while embracing fashion-forward flair.

Perched above LA and move-in ready, Carl Gambino of Compass holds the listing.
