Actor Bruce Willis and model Emma Heming started 2019 with a bang when they listed their huge Bedford, New York home and shared that they plan to move their family to the West Coast to be closer to family. The couple wasted no time putting down new roots and just snagged this gorgeous Brentwood mansion for $9.8 million.

Though they are just a family of four, extra space and to spread out seems to be a top priority when buying properties. This Brentwood new-build, which was completed in 2018, boasts 13,048-square-feet, measuring close to the 13,971-square-foot Bedford house they’re leaving behind. Within the generous floor plan, there are a whopping seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, so slumber parties with friends or cousins will be a hoot for Willis and Heming’s two daughters.

There are plenty of amenities for all to enjoy including a home theater, gym, wine cellar, sauna and outdoor space perfect for entertaining. Step into the chic living room and through large sliding glass pocket doors to get to the fabulous backyard, which offers a pool and spa, two cabanas, a built-in barbeque, and access to the guesthouse.
