Bruce Willis Lists Another New York Property As His Family Readies to Return to the West Coast

Actor Bruce Willis and actress/model Emma Heming have been busy bees in the real estate world over the last year. While most of their activity has been in Manhattan, the couple is now looking to shed their country estate in quaint Bedford Corners. The extensive compound, which boasts a total of 13,971-square-feet across four structures, is now on the market asking $12.95 million. According to the Wall Street Journal, this is all part of their plan to relocate to the West Coast to be closer to family, but Willis and Heming will keep their new 3,000-square-foot pad in One West End as a NYC residence.

The high-profile pair scooped this country spread in 2014 with two transactions that totaled $12 million. There is little room for price negotiation if they want to make profit on the property, which stuns with 23 acres of land, reservoir views, and exquisite interiors.

The 9,000-square-foot main house and three separate cottages offer a total of 12 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, and 3 half bathrooms. Willis, Heming, and their two daughters made the five-bedroom, Craftsman-style main house their home and allowed guests luxurious privacy with the cottages. Of the many perks at the main house, the glass octagonal room perched at the top is by far the most unique. Buyers will also delight in the media room, playroom, wine cellar, tennis court, pool and vegetable garden.

“I’ll never forget the girls proudly bringing in their first harvest of organic vegetables from our beautiful enclosed garden,” Willis told the WSJ. The lovely estate has meant a lot to the family, as the actor also stated one of his daughters pondered if they could lift it with balloons to the West Coast.
