Action star Bruce Willis has been buying and selling homes all over the place and seems to have a ‘sixth sense’ about real estate. In the last two years, the actor and wife Emma Heming have sold one luxurious Manhattan home, picked up a new Upper West Side pad, listed their Bedford mansion, and snagged a beautiful abode in California. In the midst of all this activity, the couple also listed this Turks & Caicos haven for $33 million. It has now sold for a sweet $27 million.

The beachfront getaway with two guest houses offers 13,500-square-feet of interior space in total, including 11 bedrooms and 13.5 bathrooms. Although the chic master suite and living areas are breathtaking, the new owner may be most excited about the property’s resort-like perks. The lush estate wows you with 1,100-feet of private beach, four pools, ample cabanas, and expansive decks for taking in the views.

Located on the coveted Parrot Cay island, this property offers a level of privacy and luxury that cant be beat. Willis clearly wasn’t enough of a ‘Die Hard’ fan of the property to hold onto it, but now someone new can enjoy this piece of paradise.

Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing, which The Wall Street Journal first reported sold.
