Buying a Home Can Now Earn You a Much-Needed Vacation

You can earn miles buying a home with the American Airlines program, HomeMiles.

HomeMiles, an American Airlines program, lets buyers and sellers earn 5,000 miles for every $25,000 of their homes’ value when they select an agent via a program partner. That equals 100,000 miles for transacting on a $500,000 house—enough to book a relaxing getaway after the big move. Additionally,miles are awarded for using the program’s mortgage provider, as well as for booking with North American Movers, another partner. FlyHomes offers a similar deal, offering one Alaska Airlines mile for every dollar spent on homes in Boston, Chicago, Seattle and the Bay Area.
