Calvin Klein's Miami Beach Home Finds a Buyer at $13M
Calvin Klein has found a buyer for his waterfront Miami Beach home, reports Curbed. The 5,802-square-foot spread first listed nearly two years ago asking $16M and was recently reduced to $15M before finding a buyer at $13.15M. The 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom home includes 113 feet of unobstructed waterfront as well as a dock, infinity pool and landscaped indoor/outdoor living spaces. The listing, held by Douglas Elliman’s Pablo Alfaro, boasts that the house’s open floor plan “captures the essence of Zen” and also notes that Axel Vervoordt designed all of the furnishings.
