The 5,802-square-foot spread first listed nearly two years ago asking $16M and was recently reduced to $15M before finding a buyer at $13.15M. The 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom home includes 113 feet of unobstructed waterfront as well as a dock, infinity pool and landscaped indoor/outdoor living spaces. The listing, held by Douglas Elliman’s Pablo Alfaro, boasts that the house’s open floor plan “captures the essence of Zen” and also notes that Axel Vervoordt designed all of the furnishings.

The house is oriented around a central courtyard. A loggia extends off the house. Glass doors let in plenty of light. The kitchen features a center island and contemporary black countertops. French doors in the master bedroom lead outside. A look at one of the 7 bathrooms. The infinity pool enjoys an unobstructed view of the bay.
