Cat Greenleaf’s Brooklyn Brownstone Where ‘Talk Stoop’ Famously Filmed Asks $3M

Ready for your closeup? Cobble Hill’s most famous façade has arrived on the market, a charming brownstone that was long the star of NBC’s talk show, Talk Stoop. The seller is none other than Cat Greenleaf, who hosted the show conveniently at her home for eight years. The stoop’s past visitors include Meghan Markle, Andre Agassi, Kim Kardashian, Orlando Bloom and more. Even Madam Speaker Nancy Pelosi stopped by for a chat in 2015. Now, the stoop that lured celebrities to Brooklyn as the borough became more and more cool is asking $2.995 million.

For many years Greenleaf called the 2,019-square-foot property home, but Mansion Global reports that the former TV host and her family have now relocated to another Brooklyn neighborhood. She remains the owner and has been renting it out. Presently configured as a three-bedroom upper duplex with a two-bedroom garden unit below, the townhouse can be delivered vacant or with a solid tenant in one of the spaces. Both residences have access to the garden, while the upper unit enjoys a private terrace.

The 1899-built Federal brick townhouse has been stylishly updated since its construction. All clean white walls and exposed brick and beams, it is the perfect canvas for the artistic, funky decor it holds. From geometric orange chairs seen in one of the kitchens to a massive chessboard in the garden, whimsy is aplenty at this abode.

Most importantly, however, the stoop remains. With a famous exterior and imaginative interiors, there’s much to love about this Cobble Hill gem. Kurt Vikki of Douglas Elliman has the listing.
