Antonella Bertello

Antonella Bertello is the proprietor of The Baker House 1650, the preeminent B&B/Boutique hotel in East Hampton, N.Y., and a real estate entrepreneur. She is also a licensed real estate agent with the Corcoran Group and a member of Corcoran’s Multi-Million Dollar Club and of the President’s Council working in the NYC, Hamptons and soon, Miami markets. She has more than 39 years of real estate experience and has supervised the design, construction, and interior design of award-winning projects in East Hampton, New York, South Florida, and Latin America. Born in Lima, Peru, she earned a degree in Economics, Management and Finance from Babson College, and is fluent in English and Spanish, and conversational in French and Italian.

Her latest family project is the development of “Marina Coast Peru” – a new and unique residential and recreational boating paradise that will be the first world class superyacht marina and residential development on the South Pacific Coast. Marina Coast Peru is located in Northern Peru, very close to the Equator with ideal weather year-round, and will feature luxury accommodations, an inland marina for superyachts up to 328ft, a yacht club, a retail “Marina Village” and much more. The airport onsite is already in operation and will facilitate eco-tourism excursions to the Galapagos Islands, Machu Picchu, the Peruvian Amazon River, and other Peruvian and Latin American wonders. The resort is scheduled to open in Q2 2023.

A natural philanthropist, Antonella regularly sponsors and hosts fundraising events at The Baker House 1650, supporting the community, Peru, cancer research as well as animal care and rights. Antonella is also a board member of the East Hampton Village Foundation, The East Hampton Chamber of Commerce and Discover the Hamptons. She is also passionate about cars and Formula 1 Racing, and collaborates with many car dealerships and brands, such as Aston Martin, Ferrari, Bentley and Polestar to bring their magic to the Hamptons.
