Two-time Olympic medalist Michelle Kwan stands to make a $2.9 million profit should the Newport home she and her husband Clay Pell purchased in 2014 sell for asking price. 

Listed with Gustave White Sotheby's International Realty, the "Palladian style villa originally built in the early 20th century" is located just off Newport's famed Ocean Drive. 

The 5,000-square foot estate sits on nearly two acres of manicured grounds.  The home's interiors, which underwent a mindful yet expansive renovation, reflect the same polished elegance that Kwan is known for professionally.
