Charlie Sheen’s Infamous Mulholland Estates Mansion Could Fetch $10M

The ever-eccentric Charlie Sheen is ready to let go of the stately Beverly Hills home he has owned for over a decade. Listed for just $1 shy of $10 million, the Mediterranean-style mansion will turn a substantial profit if it sells for the asking price since the actor reportedly paid $7.2 million for it in 2006.
Tucked behind guarded gates in the exclusive Mulholland Estates community, the 8,932-square-foot mansion offers seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. High ceilings, large columns, and a winding staircase exude grandeur upon entrance into the foyer and the rest of the house does not disappoint.
Flashy spaces perfect for A-list-style entertaining include a circular outside bar and kitchen next to the pool, a red velvet-clad movie theater, and a more relaxed screening room with a wet bar where Sheen could relive the glory days watching Spin City or Two and a Half Men.
Ben Salem of Rodeo Realty has the impressive listing, which Variety first reported.
