Comedian Rosie O’Donnell is looking to part ways with her light-filled NYC duplex penthouse for a cool $8.3 million. The airy residence boasts more than 3,500 square feet and an additional 1,620-square-foot roof deck to soak up the city views—and who doesn’t love a Manhattan rooftop in the summer?

O’Donnell bought the Midtown East penthouse in 2017 for $8 million. Since then, however, the celebrity has shifted to living primarily on the West Coast and no longer has a need for this residence.

Located more than 30 stories above the city, the unit has some of its own outstanding features beyond a celebrity seller—including a Guggenheim-inspired staircase, a black granite wood-burning fireplace, and a Swedish sauna, just to name a few. The apartment was renovated before O’Donnell scooped it up, and she embraced it as it was.

In addition to the sauna, the spa-like primary bathroom also includes a steam shower, freestanding tub, and heated floors. The home totals three bathrooms and four bedrooms.

With views of the Chrysler Building, the Empire State Building, and the East River From, the private roof deck is an entertainment destination. There’s also a bar space with a refrigerator, wine cooler, and microwave.
