Christie Brinkley Is In a 'New York State of Mind' After Renting This West Village Condo

Supermodel and entrepreneur Christie Brinkley is well versed in handling the ebb and flow of the real estate market. With the sale of her North Haven mansion last month, it seems Brinkley is making some changes to her living situation. It is logical that the model is looking for a less permanent residence to call home for the time being. Brinkley is no stranger to renting in Manhattan, most recently calling a Tribeca penthouse home for $29,000/month in 2018. Her new West Village abode comes at a slight discount of 25,000/month in a multi-building complex. 

According to Variety, the residence spans just under 2,400 square feet and has three bedrooms and three and a half baths. Floor to ceiling windows are a show stopper in the main living room and open up onto a balcony with spectacular city views. En suite bathrooms are an added bonus for both of the guest rooms, while the master bedroom not only sports a spa-like bath but features four closets to house Brinkley’s stylish wardrobe.
