Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber Snag a Miami Beach Condo

Supermodel Cindy Crawford and her husband, Casamigas co-founder Rande Gerber, make a habit of picking up and unloading swanky properties. With the Ritz-Carlton Residences at Miami Beach making headlines as of late and selling over $130 million worth of units in the last 75 days, it’s no wonder the savvy real estate pair decided to swoop in. Crawford and Gerber just dropped $3 million on a unit there.

While there are no images available of their particular unit, it is confirmed that the spread counts 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms within 2,800 square feet. Besides offering world-class services and amenities to the high-profile celebs, the building’s major draw is that it is architect Piero Lissoni’s first full-scale execution in the United States. The renowned Italian artist, also known for his contemporary furniture design (it should be noted here that Crawford’s apartment did not come furnished), was recruited by Lionheart Capital to design the sparkling 111-condominium unit waterfront expanse.

A sprawling white structure of clean lines and glass, the Ritz-Carlton Residences offers 36 private boat dockages, a half-acre rooftop pool deck, a beach concierge, and a series of social spaces. Putting health and wellness first, it even offers a medical concierge as a closing gift for buyers.

Whenever Crawford and Gerber jet into Miami, this will be quite a place to call home.
