Céline Dion Relists Water Park-Esque Florida Estate for $38.5M
Céline Dion seems to be purging her real estate portfolio. The French-Canadian pop star just listed her pied-à-terre in Paris for $9.5M and now she is bringing her Jupiter Island, Florida estate back to the market, reports Mansion Global. The residence was first offered back in 2013 for $72M, then in 2016 for $45M and now it is listed with Sotheby’s International Realty’s Cristina Condon, Todd Peter and Frances Peter for $38.5M.
According to the listing, the “Bahamian-inspired” estate was custom-built in 2010 and sits on more than 5 acres on exclusive Jupiter Island. The property is comprised of a main residence along with several other buildings including two 4-bedroom guesthouses, a tennis house, a pool house and a beach house. The estate also includes three pools, two of which are connected via a water park-esque lazy river.
