Cornwall's Pinnacle Farm Lists for $17M

A horse grazes in front of Cornwall's Pinnacle Farm.This farm located on 140 acres in Cornwall is outfitted with every equestrian amenity we can think of (and many we did not). For starters, Pinnacle Farm has a handsome 65,000-square-foot stable with 50 stalls, each opening onto its own covered outdoor stall. There are also pristine paddocks, open fields and a pond. Inside, there is an upper-floor viewing gallery, a veterinary office and a breeding facility (this is one of things we hadn’t thought of). And while there’s no house, the stable is equipped with two bedrooms and a full kitchen. It lists for $17 million with Robin Kencel and Taylor Stevens, both of Douglas Elliman.
