CrossFit Co-Founder Lists Two Oceanfront Properties for a Hawaiian Paradise
For many, Hawaii is a dream vacation destination. A place for unparalleled relaxation and adventures from surfing to volcano hiking, it has the perfect balance for those who value wellness. Fitness mogul Greg Glassman, the CEO and co-founder of world-famous CrossFit, knows this better than anyone as he has enjoyed a beachfront residence on the vibrant island of Kauai for years. Now listing both his Hawaii properties, buyers desiring a home with ocean views and lush greenery are in luck.
Situated on 11 acres of captivating land, the two lots are currently being listed separately. The first property, on the market for $7 million, contains a fully constructed three-bedroom, three and a half bathroom home. A saltwater pool, tennis court, and home gym are three of the luxurious amenities that are housed among the sprawling grounds. Adjacent, the second lot is currently an open piece of land, spanning close to 6 acres, with the potential to build upon. Listed for $2.5 million, the piece of property is filled with hundreds of verdant coconut trees leading straight to the crystal blue water.
The fact that a single buyer may want to keep these two properties together has not evaded the listing agent’s attention. For $9 million, buyers have the opportunity to bundle the estates and keep the acreage combined as Glassman intended.
Both listings are held by Jennifer Acoba and Chadd White of Oceanfront Sotheby’s International Realty. Mansion Global first reported that Glassman is selling the properties.
