DDG and The Future Perfect Unveils Stunning Model Residence at 100 Franklin

Exciting news from the design firm DDG who just shared news about the stunning model residence by acclaimed contemporary design gallery The Future Perfect at 100 Franklin, the highly-anticipated new development in Tribeca.

Located in the Tribeca East Historic District on a site created by the extension of Sixth Avenue in 1938, 100 Franklin showcases how a modern building can be created within a historic district. This includes two triangular buildings that are uniquely joined together, offering 10 full-floor condominium homes including two duplex penthouses with expansive rooftop terraces. The buildings feature a striking exterior with hand-laid brick facade comprised of handmade bricks by Denmark’s Petersen Tegl.

The model unit is equally compelling, and The Future Perfect furnished and accessorized it to highlight the development’s singular architecture. Specific highlights within the home include pieces by Chris Wolston, Charles De Lisle, Neri & Hu, Matthew Hilton, Luca Nichetto, among others. There are also woven, hand-tufted, and one-of-a-kind rugs, and drapery from COPE, the newly-formed textile studio from the bespoke wallpaper brand Calico.

The property itself will also include a slew of private amenities such as a fitness center, elevator access to all residences, a landscaped and green roof and terraces, private storage, laundry rooms, and a bicycle storage room.
