Debbie Reynolds' Childhood Home Sells for Over Asking Price

The home is located in Burbank, CA.Just days after her passing, Hollywood legend Debbie Reynold’s childhood home sold for over its asking price. Realtor.com reported that it was on the market for about a month with L34 Group’s Deirdre Salomone, asking $749,000. According to Redfin, the home sold for $770,000.

The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is located in Burbank, CA and has retained much of its historic charm, providing a glimpse into Reynolds's childhood. According to listing details, it features a custom kitchen, outdoor living room with fireplace, sunny living spaces and a guest studio.
