Demi Moore's San Remo Penthouse Sells at a Steep Discount

The iconic towers rise above Central Park.Last year, it seemed as though New York’s ultra-luxury penthouse market may be slowing down and Demi Moore was feeling the heat, forcing her to lower the ask on her San Remo triplex from $75M to $59M. Public records show that she has finally found a buyer at an even steeper discount: the closing price was $45M.

Known as the South Tower Penthouse, this home is the crown jewel atop one of the iconic San Remo Towers rising above Central Park. The Emery Roth-designed “mansion in the clouds” features a double-height entertainment room, terraces that almost fully wrap around the tower and walls of picture windows that take advantage of the breathtaking views.
