There were apparently 12 offers for the 2-bedroom pad and it closed for $1.1M, well over the $985k asking price.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a walk-up building on a tree lined block in the heart of the East Village and features exposed brick and windows that run the entire length of the residence. The kitchen has been recently renovated and includes custom cabinetry and a stainless steel-topped island. Adjacent to the kitchen is an outdoor terrace.

Douglas Elliman’s Maggie Zaharoiu and Frances Katzen represented the listing. The New York Post reported the sale.
