Donald Trump’s Childhood Home Will Hit the Auction Block This Month
The divorcing couple who own the Queens home where president-elect Donald Trump lived as a child stand to make millions when the home hits the auction block this month. They bought the 5-bedroom Tudor in Jamaica Estates in 2008 for $782,500 and listed it over the summer for $1.65M before lowering the price to $1.2M in October. The NY Post reports that the couple had planned to auction the home in October but interest had grown with the impending presidential election, prompting them to postpone the auction until December. It looks like they made the right call since experts tell The Post that it could fetch up to $10M.
