DotCom Exec Lists His Colorful Chelsea Apartment for $2.2M
Fab.com co-founder Bradford Shellhammer has just listed his colorful Chelsea apartment for a cool $2.2 million. The Corcoran Group's Brian Babst has the listing.
With interiors that are "bathed in southern sunshine" and swathed in pastel hues, the 1-bedroom apartment boasts enviable views of the Empire State Building thanks to 12 oversized soundproofed picture windows.
Framed pieces from the likes of Andy Warhol and Keith Haring hang from floor to ceiling. The industrial-chic kitchen conceals amenities any amateur chef would adore, while the guest bath contains a a marble-framed soaking tub.
Appropriately, the co-founder of a website that promises "accents for your brilliant, modern life" outfitted the master bedroom with multiple double-height closets.
While letting go of the top-floor loft will prove bittersweet for Shellhammer, who purchased the home from his most favorite author Michael Cunningham, the current Ebay exec needs somewhere new to store his "400 pairs of shoes."
