Dwyane Wade’s Stunning Miami Beach Mansion Has a New Price Tag

Retired Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade is back making real estate buzz with the news that his North Bay Road home has a new price, an unexpected present to buyers during this holiday season. The stunning Miami Beach mansion is now asking $29 million, which is a sweet little discount from its original asking price of $32.5 million.

The well-secured home is situated behind private gates and features an elegant ode to Spanish architecture on both the exterior and interiors. Wood-beamed ceiling and arched doorways set the tone for a charming yet sleek atmosphere. Beyond fabulous style, the home’s amenities really steal the show. This includes a chef’s kitchen, multiple grand living areas, a game room, a wine room, a professional indoor theater, an outdoor pool and bar, and, of course, an outdoor basketball court where the new owner practice to get to Wade’s skill level. Since it’s right on the water, a dock comes with the stunning property, too.

The home offers ample space with 11,690-square-feet of interior space, six bedrooms with massive walk-in closets, nine bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Incredible views of Miami Beach abound from almost every room, so the new owner will be in a prime spot to soak in the beauty Biscayne Bay.

Wade and his wife Gabrielle Union currently reside in Los Angeles with their children, according to Mansion Global. The listing agent, Brett Harris of Douglas Elliman, declined to comment.
